Since my last entry a fair amount has happened towards helping my project. I went to the mid-project review with my centre coordinator and he had a few issues in the back of his mind before hand due to the reputation of artefact projects. However, I entered with planned confidence and addressed any problems he put forward to me and he was quite impressed with my ideas, the only element I wasn't up to date with was my source analysis because I wasn't entirely confident with how to write one up. I have recently completed it and given reasons as to why I will/will not include it in my documentary. I have also been to an evening with my dad who won a talk with Phil Vickery surrounding the six nations, he's given me his number so that I can call him up and conduct an interview which will provide an alternate angle to my primary data. In addition, at the evening I took a HD film recorder and recorded elements of their Q&A which I feel might be useful first hand footage for my documentary. Things are very productive at this current stage, my only worry is the lack of primary footage I have to include even though using other recorded footage is acceptable, I would like to include plenty of my own footage with relevance to my commentary over the top. This is my future action which I need to take before I begin my editing in the Easter holidays. (The image on the right is a screen shot of my completed source analysis)
